At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. Due to the personal nature of our products, used or opened bottles cannot be returned to ensure the highest hygiene standards for all customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unopened fragrance in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our system and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
